Instructions
Heat griddle
and coat with oil. Fry bacon, hash browns, ham, peppers and onions.
(It's ok if they touch. They're going to get mixed together anyway.)
Mix the eggs in a bowl while the other
items are cooking. (This won't take long.) Remove these items when
cooked and set aside.
Use the
stainless steel scraper from the GK500 Griddle Accessory Kit to
scrape the griddle clean. Spray a fresh even coat of oil on the
griddle and slowly pour the eggs onto the hot surface, keeping them
in place with the long flat spatula from the Accessory Kit until the
edges congeal.
Add the
pre-cooked food to the middle of the eggs, evenly from front to
back. Add the cheese.
Once the eggs
start to cook through, use your long spatula to fold one side and
then the other side over the food in the middle of the eggs.
Cook until the
eggs are done the way you, or your guests, like them.
