It's the last great American neighborhood - the tailgating
neighborhood. Where no one locks their doors, everyone is happy
to see you and all are together sharing fun, food and football! It's
families. It's fans. It's a community social. It's

On race weekends the longest lines in the Nascar Nextel Cup garage
usually form sandwiched between two truck haulers near the rear of
the garage area. It is here that Ken Enck and his All-Star cooking
crew are preparing meals for 20 Nascar Nextel Cup drivers and their
team members. Everyone in the garage area knows Enck's
Catering and everyone wishes they could enjoy the delectable
menu choices prepared each weekend by Ken and his staff. Ken uses
Griddle-Q's to accomplish this daunting task.

The Loon River Café
has received critical acclaim throughout the Metro Detroit Area. Award-winning Chef Ray Hollingsworth has put together the “best Michigan has to offer” in this North woods lodge like setting that boasts a live trout tank and is genuine treat for those seeking a new, affordable dinning adventure. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, diner and Sunday Brunch.
Chef Ray loves the Griddle-Q. He used it on his cooking show last
summer.
