Start with Fresh Meat

Slice up the meat and veggies into thin strips

Grill the meat and veggies all at the same time, trying to keep the meat at the lower end of the griddle to keep the grease from the veggies.

Cooking everything at once is fine. It doesn't take long for the meat to cook when it’s cut thin like this.

Cook up the refried beans add some Spanish rice,
Tortillas, Shredded cheese, diced tomatoes and Enjoy!
